SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Order Processing

  • Orders placed on the Site are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

1.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days for domestic orders (India).

  • International deliveries (if applicable) may take 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance and courier service availability.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative only. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or events beyond our control.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value, as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • International shipping charges, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

1.4 Risk of Loss

All Products purchased from the Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier at the address provided.

 

2. RETURN POLICY

 

2.1 General Rules

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and dietary products, returns are permitted only under the following conditions:

  • The Product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • The Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging, including seals, labels, and invoices.

2.2 Timeframe

Requests for return or replacement must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • After this period, no returns will be accepted.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or on a “non-returnable” basis.

 

3. RETURN PROCESS

 

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Email [support@vianutra.com] or call [+91-XXXXXXXXXX] with the order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs (if damaged/incorrect).

  2. Await written authorization from the Company before shipping the Product back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3.2 Shipping the Return

  • Customers are required to ship the Product securely to the address provided in the return authorization.

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect Products, the Company will bear return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

 

4. REFUND & REPLACEMENT

 

4.1 Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned Product.

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment only.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect Products.

4.2 Replacements

  • Replacement of the same Product (subject to availability) will be offered in lieu of refund where possible.

  • If replacement is not feasible, the Company may issue store credit or process a refund.

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting [support@vianutra.com].

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may, however, request a return subject to this Policy.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control;

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by customers after delivery;

  • Incorrect delivery address or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW

​

This Shipping & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
